We were able to provide a whole system approach utilising low cost, non-profit Microsoft 365 pricing to configure: Microsoft Exchange Online for secure cloud-based email and Microsoft SharePoint Online for file and document sharing.

The non-profit subscription meant the worthy charity was able to save a considerable amount of upfront, and ongoing, costs.

The flexible cloud solution has provided the client with the ability to work on documents using SharePoint Online and access email using Exchange Online.

The team can now use a web browser to create, share and work collectively on documents stored in the cloud. This provides them with the ability to co-author documents and work on files simultaneously with the option to share and work on documents with external organisations.
