James is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and has an IT career spanning over 22 years. Having identified a demand in the market for high quality outsourced IT support with fast response times, James decided to utilise his experience and founded Fentons with wife Abi; in order to provide businesses with excellent service levels alongside expert IT solutions.
Abi comes from a marketing and customer service background, working for large companies in the UK such as Southern Water and the RAC. Abi has a CIM Diploma in Marketing and from the outset has ensured that Fentons key focus is on delivering a great customer service experience - alongside technological expertise; and this is very much at the core of everything we do.
